Natasha Nedanoska
Cook, farmer and owner of the Pirustija Nedanoski agritourism business (Ramne, North Macedonia)

Natasha Nedanoska has transformed her family's farmhouse in Galichica National Park, on the border with Albania, into a popular destination for those wishing to experience rural life and traditional Balkan cuisine.
Having worked as a chef in restaurants, she returned to the family farm and transformed it into an agritourism venue. Guests can help pick fruit and vegetables from the organic garden, take part in making bread and rustic dishes, and then sit down at a communal table to enjoy the fruits of their labour alongside centuries-old recipes and good stories.
