Tartufo di Pizzo, the ice cream that’s worth a trip to Calabria

Franco di Lorgi will share the journey of this artisanal ice cream, which has transcended its local origins to become a gastronomic icon of Calabria. The talk will demonstrate how tradition, quality, and a product's narrative can forge an identity, attract visitors, and establish a small town on the international gastronomic map.
