The second edition of Discover-Eat, held in Sigüenza, highlighted gastronomy as a driving force for building communities with a brighter future. The conference championed regions with a distinct identity, local talent, hospitality and collaboration between residents and producers to promote a form of tourism capable of generating development and strengthening rural communities.
