How to make a large-scale impact on the local community

Natasha Nedanoska will share her experience of creating a gastronomic and rural project that connects agriculture, cuisine and the community, demonstrating how to influence the local community on a large scale. She will demonstrate how a small local enterprise can have a far-reaching impact on its surroundings by boosting the local economy, reviving traditions, and creating new opportunities for the region’s inhabitants. The presentation will also reflect on the role of gastronomy as a driver of social change and as a tool for strengthening the relationship between visitors, producers, and local communities.
